Job Summary

Were looking for a Project Manager or a Project Coordinator ready to move into a full PM role to take ownership of low voltage CCTV and access control installations across warehouse and distribution environments. This role owns the full picture of a project including customer management material management labor management and P&L performance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of low voltage CCTV and access control installations in warehouse and industrial facilities
  • Own project P&L including job costing budgeting and material forecasting
  • Coordinate material ordering delivery timing and inventory tracking to keep crews stocked and on schedule
  • Supervise and direct field technicians set daily priorities and hold crews accountable to schedule quality and safety standards
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers providing regular updates on project status timelines and any issues
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and access control layouts
  • Manage change orders RFIs progress billing and closeout documentation
  • Coordinate labor planning and manpower allocation across multiple active job sites
  • Track WIP status and support timely invoicing and collections
  • Apply working knowledge of access control fundamentals including relay logic to support system design and troubleshooting conversations with technicians and clients

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in low voltage structured cabling CCTV or access control construction
  • Understanding of relay logic as it applies to access control systems
  • Comfortable managing customer relationships material logistics and field labor simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret low voltage and access control drawings
  • Familiarity with access control platforms such as Kisi or Gallagher is a plus not a requirement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple job sites at once
  • Proficiency with Word Excel and standard project management tools
  • Stable verifiable work history
