Our technicians install and service a variety of low-voltage and technology systems including:
- Audio systems
- TVs and related A/V equipment
- Surveillance and camera systems
- Security systems
- Control4 home automation
- Network and Wi-Fi systems
- LED lighting systems
- Access Control
- Approximately 13 years of hands-on low-voltage or structured wiring experience
- Experience with residential low-voltage rough-ins and trim-outs
- Experience pulling routing terminating testing and labeling low-voltage cable
- Familiarity with cable types such as Cat5e Cat6 coax 22/2 22/4 16/2 16/4 18/4 18/6
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to follow plans instructions and job-site requirements
- Ability to work independently when appropriate and as part of an installation team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Dependable punctual and willing to work
- Takes pride in doing clean professional-quality work
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with coworkers customers builders and other trades
Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:
- Audio/video equipment installation
- Control4 or other home automation systems
- Security systems including Honeywell or DSC
- Surveillance cameras and NVR systems
- Network and Wi-Fi equipment
- LED lighting and lighting controls
- Commercial low-voltage installations
