PAY: $8.50/hr tips

PARTTIME Average 30 hours 4 days per week and a variety of hoursbetween 12:00pm and close. Must be available weekdaysweekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the preparation serving and beverages atthe Biergarten maintains stock in the bar area maintainscleanliness of the bar area and is responsible for the billingand collection of all food and beverage served in the dining room bar andbanquet areas;accountable for the security of all cash and checks; responsible for theprotection of all beverageitems; maintains superior guest service and quality food and beverage items inthe bar.This position will start with training inOmas Restaurant for 1 2 weeks before bartender trainingto familiarize oneself with the menu.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
Pleasing personality and appearance as well assmiling are a must. A minimum of six months of experience in this position isrequired to attain knowledge of procedures and areas.
Ability to stand and walkfor shifts sometimes exceeding 12 hours.
Ability to lift trays and other containers ofmoderate weights according to training procedures.
Ability to work different schedules and attendmeetings.
Cash handling skills. Excellent math skills.
High energy and able to work in the heat outside.
Able to make recommendations for food and drinks.
Good organizational skills and memory.
