Long-term Substitute Teacher

The Goleta Union School District (GUSD) serves approximately 3384 students in preschool through sixth grade across nine elementary schools. All schools offer transitional kindergarten and strong support services including special education and mental health in addition to after-school care at all nine schools supporting approximately 1500 students. GUSD offers embedded programs to address specific needs of gifted students and English Learners across the district. Each school maintains a 1.01.5 full time positions to support intervention needs for all small class sizes a focus on a science based approach to literacy STEAM and strong community partnerships GUSD is committed to a district vision providing powerful instruction purposeful individualization and productive partnerships that lead to positive evidence of student growth and success.

Cover for Classroom Teacher 10/8 to Possible March or end of the school year. Long-Term Substitutes- Cover a teachers full assignment due to the teacher being on a long-term leave of absence. Beginning the 21st full day of the same retroactive to thefirstdayof the assignment.
