Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Long-term ongoing position

Care needs include:

Assistance with morning routine and personal care
Standby assistance with showering and toileting
Meal preparation and medication reminders
Mobility and fall-risk supervision
Light housekeeping and occasional errands
Companionship and safety monitoring

The client has Parkinsons and dementia. Applicants must be reliable patient comfortable providing hands-on assistance and have a valid drivers license.

Client Information

We are seeking an experienced compassionate and dependable CNA caregiver for a male client with advanced Parkinsons disease and dementia.

The client uses a walker and is unsteady forgetful and at high risk for falls. He remains independent with dressing grooming and most personal care but requires close supervision and non-medical assistance to remain safe at home.

Responsibilities
Provide standby assistance with showers and personal hygiene
Assist with safe mobility while using his walker
Follow fall precautions and closely monitor his safety
Prepare meals and provide hydration reminders
Provide transportation to appointments and errands
Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
Provide general supervision and well-being checks
Qualifications
Current CNA certification
Strong professional caregiving experience
Experience with Parkinsons disease and dementia preferred
Knowledge of fall prevention and safety precautions
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Compassionate patient attentive and dependable
Able to pass a background check
