PrimaryPosition Purpose:
Track and research themovements of company trailers utilized by 3rd party the purpose of balancing our company trailer networks. By leveragingcarrier relationships and maintaining accurate system data. Making data integrity the top priority by entering data in the system toreflect the research done.

PositionFunctions:
Responsible for monitoring tracking and tracing all trailer movements in brokerage.
Multitasking by navigating through multiple systems. McCleod XPM AS400 Power BI
Develop and maintain quality working relationships with carriers transportation providers drivers and carrier sales reps with proactive communication.
Provide and obtain accurate data for each movement.
Report issues and escalate if needed.
Document all communications and information related to trailer status within Mcleod
Work with internal teams to resolve issues for carrier partners
Act as a representative of all contracted carriers

What Were Looking For:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred. (Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.)

Experience:
Experience inTransportation or Data Entry
Experiencethriving in a fast paced deadline driven work environment.

Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in utilizing Excel and/or Power BI at an intermediate level preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask required
Attention to detail
Adept at assessing organizational dynamics and managing change
Work quickly and efficiently.
Able to test solutions learn and iterate quickly
Forward-thinking and solution driven
Effectively communicates through various channels
