- Logistics Specialist
- Fort Worth
The employee will manage the day-to-day administrative functions related to shipment coordination and traffic system.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing shipments from initiation to completion and record on the systems
- Booking shipments with carriers and coordinating pickups and deliveries as needed
- Supporting cargo claims through documentation customer updates and issue resolution
- Creating updating and maintaining work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support other logistics and administrative functions as assigned.

Competency Element Minimum Requirement
Education
High School Diploma required.
Associate degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

Relevant Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in logistics transportation supply chain shipping/receiving or a
related field.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
Job / Process Knowledge
Strong multitasking organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for international shipments.
Language / Communication (if job-related) English / Mandarin (Strong Plus)
