Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team at Compass Realty Inc. As a Logistics Specialist you will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of people materials documents and resources across our various properties offices and transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for property showings open houses inspections appraisals closings
• Track and manage timelines for active real estate transactions from contract to close
• Ensure alignment of schedules and deadlines among agents buyers sellers title companies and lenders
• Maintain and update transaction management systems like Dotloop Skyslope or similar
• Source schedule and manage vendors including movers photographers stagers and repair crews
• Obtain and compare vendor quotes for cost-effective services
• Manage inventory of office supplies marketing materials and property essentials
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment furniture and materials to/from properties
• Maintain organized filing systems for transactions contracts and vendor agreements
• Serve as the point of contact between field agents office staff and external partners
• Assist in planning and executing office events property launches and client appreciation events

• High school diploma required; bachelors degree in Business Logistics Operations Management or related field preferred
• 1 years of experience in logistics operations project coordination or administrative support
• Real estate industry experience is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana Trello )
• Familiarity with real estate platforms such as MLS Dotloop Skyslope or transaction management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
