• Coordinate inbound shipments of raw materials with suppliers
• Plan and manage outbound shipping of finished print orders
• Track shipments and communicate delays to customers and teams
• Manage relationships with carriers and shipping vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and goods
• Optimize shipping methods and packaging
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate delivery timelines
• Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and resolve issues
• Monitor and report on key logistics KPIs
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes

• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• 1 years of experience in logistics supply chain or inventory management
• Experience with shipping software and inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift/move boxes or materials as needed
