Hourly pay rate: $23.50

Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse and logistics expertise in a dynamic rail industry environment. Youll work alongside passionate collaborative and dedicated teammates who help keep critical transportation systems moving.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt storage movement and shipment of materials that support our operations and customers. Day-to-day youll work closely with Supply Chain Customer Service Transportation and Operations teams maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting on-time deliveries. Youll specifically take care of receiving inventory control picking packing and shipping activities while also supporting cycle counts customer requests and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Processing inbound receipts goods movements and outbound shipments accurately and within established timelines

• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts location management and physical inventory participation

• Supporting domestic and international shipping activities including required documentation

• Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers through responsive and accurate material support

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Two years of experience in warehouse logistics distribution or inventory operations

• Experience or understanding of receiving inventory control shipping and material handling processes

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel

• Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system

• Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good mathematical organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements

• Hazardous Materials certification or experience packaging dangerous goods is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand walk bend and move throughout a warehouse environment for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
