Title:	Logistics Driver - Flatbed Tow Operator
Location:	Miami Florida 33137
Duration: Pay Range:	6 months $28.00 an hour USD

Schedule:Monday - Friday (3:30pm - 11:30pm)
Homebase: 101 NE 23rd St Miami FL 33137
Equipment: Flatbed single car Dodge Ram 3500
Logistics Driver - Flatbed Tow Operator (PM Shift)

As a Logistics Flatbed Tow Operator you will be responsible for properly recovering our vehicles on public roads when the need arises.
This individual thrives in a customer service atmosphere and must have a clean driving record.
You will be responsible for assisting in our transition towards being a more production-ready company.

Responsibilities:

Operate and safely conduct recovery tasks on public roads.
Pull a combined gross vehicle weight of 10001 pounds and up to 26000 pounds;the current flatbed equipment Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is at 20000 pounds.
Ensure goods are transported and secured in a safe and eﬃcient manner
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of company materials vehicles and trailers
Comply with all applicable DOT regulations
Timely and effective communication with dispatch and ground support is a must
Operate flatbed towing equipment to include winching skating snatch blockingand shimmy off load complex towing procedures
Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs including hours of service
Maintain and service vehicles as needed (refuel change oil tire pressure repairsetc.)
Collaborate with the Logistics and cross-functional teams and stakeholders toprovide great customer experience

Qualifications:

Valid basic Class C drivers license is required
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Physical ability to exit/enter vehicle multiple times a day and lift to 35 pounds
Meet DOT physical and medical requirements as necessary
Must pass a background check and drug testing requirements
Clean driving record with no moving violations
Ability to operate large and heavy vehicles with high degree of attention skill anddexterity
2 years proven towing experience with flatbed driving preferred
Must be flexible on work hours
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills
Hands on approach to getting the job done
Work effectively in a team setting
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adjust to provide great customer experience
