What You Will Do:

• Transportation Coordination: Schedule track and prioritize transportation requests to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and products.
• Load Planning: Coordinate haul assignments and optimize trucking resources to maximize efficiency and support customer needs.
• Vendor Communication: Work directly with carriers and vendors regarding load assignments schedule changes and shipment status updates.
• Compliance Support: Maintain transportation documentation and permit requirements to support regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation requests shipment updates and operational questions.
• Professional Representation: Represent RDO Equipment Co. professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety teamwork and customer service.

What You Will Need:

• Logistics Experience: Previous dispatching transportation coordination or logistics experience preferred.
• Equipment Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with the transportation of agricultural construction or industrial equipment preferred.
• Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
