Logistics Coordinator

• Strong problem-solving communication and prioritization skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP (SAP) Power BI and transportation management systems (TMS) preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain operations; experience in manufacturing or building materials is a plus

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $58800-$102600 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of addition after being employed for six months eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.

This role is part of Weyerhaeusers Supply Chain organization and supports the transportation of Wood Products inventory. Based in Hot Springs Arkansas and reporting to the Director of Logistics the Logistics Coordinator partners with production sales and transportation providers to ensure reliable timely shipment execution that meets customer and operational standards.

At Weyerhaeuser we prioritize safety sustainability and operational excellence in everything we this role you will build strong relationships across customer service manufacturing sales and supplier teams while coordinating daily transportation activities and resolving shipment issues. The position requires strong communication problem-solving and the ability to improve processes to drive efficiency and service performance. Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe work environment; executing transportation activities that optimize cost service and efficiency

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution including carrier coordination scheduling and issue resolution

• Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Build strong relationships and collaborate across customer service mills carriers and vendors
