The ideal candidate is detail-oriented communicates well with colleagues and can manage practical tasks while following established procedures.

• Assist with organizing and coordinating the movement of materials and supplies.
• Help prepare materials for scheduled events promotional activities and internal needs.
• Track inventory and report shortages discrepancies or damaged items.
• Maintain accurate records of supplies received stored and distributed.
• Coordinate with team members to confirm material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Organize storage areas to keep items accessible and properly labeled.
• Assist with receiving sorting packing and preparing materials for transport.
• Monitor assigned tasks and communicate progress or delays to the appropriate team member.
• Help ensure materials are ready for scheduled activities.
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety guidelines when handling supplies and equipment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
