Job Summary

Field & Stream Lodge Bozeman is seeking an enthusiastic locally knowledgeable Adventure Concierge to support our guest experience team. This position is designed for hospitality students who are passionate about outdoor lifestyles service excellence and destination storytelling.

What Youll Do

Guest Experience & Concierge Services

Welcome guests and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for questions about Bozeman and the surrounding region
Provide personalized recommendations for dining shopping local events and seasonal activities
Assist with general concierge requests to enhance each guests stay

Scene Setting & Property Readiness

Maintain awareness of the overall guest environment and ensure public spaces consistently reflect the Field & Stream Lodge Co. brand aesthetic and hospitality standards
Conduct regular walkthroughs of interior and exterior guest areas to ensure spaces are clean organized inviting and operationally ready
Monitor details such as furniture placement lighting music fire features outdoor amenities signage and seasonal décor to create a cohesive guest experience
Communicate proactively with housekeeping maintenance and leadership regarding cleanliness repairs safety concerns or presentation opportunities
Prepare guest-facing spaces for daily weather and environmental conditions including precipitation wind temperature changes smoke or air quality concerns and seasonal considerations
Anticipate guest needs by adjusting spaces and amenities to support comfort safety and enjoyment throughout the day
Serve as a steward of the propertys atmosphere ensuring the lodge feels welcoming intentional and aligned with the spirit of outdoor adventure and Montana hospitality

Adventure & Experience Curation

Develop and suggest customized adventure itineraries within a 90âmile radius of Bozeman (e.g. hiking fishing wildlife viewing skiing rafting hot springs)
Recommend trusted thirdâparty outfitters guides and tour operators aligned with Field & Stream standards
Stay current on weather conditions seasonal accessibility and regional attractions

Property Activations

Support the planning and execution of experienceâdriven activations that reflect the spirit of the outdoors Montana culture and seasonal rhythms
Collaborate crossâfunctionally to ensure activations are onâbrand operationally sound and guestâfocused
Assist with setup guest communication and light hosting during activations
Help gather guest feedback and observe engagement to inform future programming

Example Activations May Include:

- Fireside Evenings smores hot cocktails or storytelling around the fire pit
- Outdoor/Poolside Movie nights
- Trailhead Talks short morning briefings on nearby trails weather conditions and seasonal adventures
- Local Maker PopâUps Montana artisans flyâtiers or outdoor brands showcasing their craft
- Adventure Kickoff Hours preâdeparture coffee grabâandâgo trail snacks or evening windâdown socials
- Seasonal Celebrations flyâfishing opener fall harvest moments winter aprèsâski gatherings

Local Knowledge & Partnerships

Maintain familiarity with local vendors guides restaurants breweries and cultural attractions
Support the upkeep of internal recommendation guides and guest-facing materials
Share guest feedback and insights with leadership to continually improve offerings

Brand Representation

Represent the Field & Stream Lodge Co. brand through professional communication warm service and authentic storytelling
Ensure all recommendations align with the lodges outdoor-inspired experience-driven positioning

What Youll Bring to the Table

Current enrollment in Montana State Universitys Hospitality Tourism Recreation or related program preferred
Strong interest in outdoor recreation travel and guest experience
Familiarity with Bozeman and Southwest Montana or eagerness to learn quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized proactive and guest-focused
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
