Locum OBGYN Obstetrics and Gynecology MDDO

We are seeking an experienced board-certified OB/GYN physician to join a well-established team at a leading healthcare facility in Mt. Pleasant Michigan. This locum position will offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive environment ensuring a balanced workload with the collaboration of a dedicated team.

• Provide OB call coverage every 5th week of the month.
• Deliver 24/7 hospital coverage including 2 hours of gratis patient care.
• Manage various medical and surgical services including:
• Labor & Delivery
• Emergency Department coverage
• Surgical procedures
• Urgent surgical needs
• Clinic consults for emergent cases
• Handle approximately 4 deliveries per day.
• Collaborate with support staff including 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• Utilize Cerner EHR system for patient documentation.

• Board-certified in OB/GYN.
• Active Michigan medical license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in OB/GYN practice.
• Strong clinical skills in low-risk pregnancies vaginal deliveries C-sections repair of lacerations VBAC and OB ultrasound.

• Must maintain an active Michigan medical license (no exceptions).
• Board certification in OB/GYN is required.
