Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts - rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility policy and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments; document accurately in the EMR
Communicate patient status changes to the care team and attending physician
Maintain compliance with infection control regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
