Are you looking for a steady dependable local driving position that gets you home after every single shift We are now hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Local Shuttle Fleet operating exclusively out of Richmond VA.

This hourly position is a fantastic opportunity for drivers who enjoy an active fast-paced day predictable local routes and premium equipment.

Compensation & Shift Structure:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour with reliable weekly pay.
• Home Daily: Purely local operation ensuring you spend every break at home.
• Shift Openings: Positions are open across 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts. Drivers must maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational demands as needed.

Route & Freight Profile:

• Dedicated Run: Safely shuttle freight directly between Altria / PM USA locations within the Richmond VA area.
• Advanced Technology: The fleet utilizes cutting-edge automated/self-unloading trailers. No manual heavy lifting of freight is required!
• Paid Equipment Training: Comprehensive specialized on-the-job training will be fully provided to master the automated trailer equipment.
• Daily Rhythm: This is an active dynamic role. Drivers will be in and out of the tractor multiple times per day performing drop-and-hooks live pickups and local deliveries.
• Volume: Highly productive days; depending on scheduling you will manage anywhere from 56 loads up to 1012 loads per shift.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Location: Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Richmond VA.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to shift adjustments and handle fluctuating daily load counts.
• Compliance: Must possess a valid Class A CDL clean driving record and meet all standard safety and background screenings.
