Loancrate builds AI-native tooling to automate mortgage origination (>$85B in loans powered; 80 people $44M raised fully remote).
Comp: $150K-$350K competitive equity. Location: Remote US (US hours). Visa: Visa transfers only (OPT H1B transfers).
Architect build and launch multi-step AI agents that digitize mortgage ops workflows
Integrate 3rd-party lending services APIs (disclosures automated underwriting fraud)
Build next-gen job processing infrastructure on AWS for observability/reliability
Ship to production on day one; mentor less senior engineers
Tech stack: TypeScript JavaScript React Express GraphQL/Apollo PostgreSQL Docker AWS (ECS RDS ElastiCache Kafka ElasticSearch) Terraform
