Loan Processing Specialist Remote

Power Finance Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Loan Processing Specialist to support the lending operations team. This position is responsible for reviewing applications verifying documentation coordinating with internal departments and helping ensure loan files are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Verify customer information in accordance with established procedures
• Coordinate with underwriting customer service and funding teams
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and obtain necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate electronic loan files and records
• Monitor applications throughout the processing workflow
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding documentation and application status
• Follow company policies procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
• Meet established accuracy productivity and service standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of experience in loan processing banking financial services or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Ability to manage confidential financial information
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Consumer lending experience
• Experience with loan origination or customer management systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Knowledge of lending documentation and compliance procedures

• $24$31 per hour
