Position: Weekend Live-In Nanny

Schedule: Friday 7:00 AM7:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM7:00 PM (34 guaranteed hours per week with the opportunity for additional Saturday evening hours to reach 40 hours. Sat evening is NOT required)

Salary: $40$45 per hour depending on experience

Start Date: Before November 20 2026

Location: Bronxville NY (Labor DayEnd of June) and East Hampton NY (End of JuneLabor Day)

Benefits: Payroll employment 6 days of paid time off and paid major holidays. Holiday work may be requested and will be compensated at time and a half.

A warm active and welcoming private family is seeking an energetic creative and experienced Weekend Live-In Nanny to join their household. The family has three young boys ages 5 3 and 1 and is expecting a new baby in May.

Mom is a stay-at-home parent who is very involved in the childrens daily routines and activities. The family is looking for a nanny who will work collaboratively with her providing an extra set of hands while confidently stepping in wherever needed.

The older boys have active schedules filled with outings and extracurricular activities and Mom is frequently on the go with them. The ideal nanny will be comfortable caring for the younger children at home engaging the older boys in imaginative play and assisting with outings and activities as needed.

This family values a warm friendly working relationship while maintaining clear professional boundaries. They want someone who feels comfortable and included in the household enjoys friendly conversation and understands the importance of discretion and professionalism.

Children: Three boys ages 5 3 and 1 with a fourth baby expected in May.

Pets: One friendly 40-pound Pointer mix who is 15 years old.

Household: Stay-at-home mother who will work closely with the nanny.

• Provide attentive nurturing and developmentally appropriate care for the children including assisting with the newborn following the babys arrival.
• Engage the children in creative imaginative and interactive play that encourages learning development and socialization.
• Work as a collaborative teammate with Mom following her lead on parenting preferences daily routines and household expectations.
• Take initiative and offer thoughtful ideas for activities while remaining flexible and respectful of Moms direction.
• Communicate frequently and positively with the children encouraging language development curiosity and age-appropriate independence.
• Plan engaging activities and opportunities for socialization both inside and outside the home.
• Be equally comfortable organizing outings and spending quality time with the children at home.
• Assist with transportation to and from activities playdates and outings using the familys vehicle.
• Prepare age-appropriate meals and snacks for the children including food preparation for the baby.
• Assist with childrens daily routines transitions and general childcare needs.
• Maintain consistency with the parents established parenting style routines and expectations.
• Communicate openly with the parents regarding the childrens activities development and daily needs.
• Adapt to the familys changing needs as they welcome their fourth child.

The ideal candidate is youthful in energy enthusiastic imaginative and genuinely passionate about working with young children. They should bring a playful spirit to the role and enjoy getting down on the floor to engage in creative games activities and meaningful interactions.

• Previous professional nanny experience preferably caring for multiple young children infants and toddlers.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record; must be comfortable driving the familys vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow parental direction.

• Flexibility to work between the familys Bronxville and East Hampton residences according to their seasonal schedule.
• Comfortable with a weekend live-in arrangement.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.

The family is offering $40$45 per hour depending on experience with compensation processed through payroll.

The regular schedule provides 34 hours per week with the possibility of extending Saturday evening hours for a candidate interested in working up to 40 hours weekly.

The position includes 6 days of paid time off and paid major holidays. The family may prefer coverage on certain holidays with hours worked on those days
