We Are Hiring: Live-In Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide live-in care and support to a client in their home. If you are dedicated to helping seniors and individuals maintain their comfort dignity independence and quality of life we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate respectful and dependable care to the client.
- Assist with activities of daily living personal care and mobility as needed.
- Support the client with meal preparation light housekeeping and other routine household needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help maintain a safe clean and comfortable home environment.
- Follow the clients care plan and communicate important observations to the appropriate team members.
- Promote the clients dignity independence and overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey HHA certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
- Experience with live-in care is a plus.
- Compassionate patient dependable and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive member of the care team.
