Join the Best in the Pacific NW () team! We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers with a valid drivers license who are available for live-in assignments and comfortable providing transportation companionship and in-home care support.

This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer longer assignments consistent work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting our clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Fixed daily pay for each live-in assignment

• $310.00 per day for assignments outside the Seattle city limits
• $340.80 per day for assignments within Seattle city limits

• Live-in assignments with overnight stays in the clients home
• Ongoing and short-term assignments available
• Weekday and weekend opportunities

• Transport clients to appointments errands and social outings
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals light housekeeping and personal care
• Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
• Communicate with the care team and follow care plans

• Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable vehicle (required)
• Comfortable providing care and transportation services
• Caregiving experience preferred (6 months a plus not required)
• CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
• Reliable punctual and compassionate
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
