Job Description

• Prepare and draft pleadings motions discovery requests and responses complaints demand letters stipulations and other legal documents.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy trial preparation hearings and motions practice.
• Manage discovery including document collection review production and electronic discovery platforms.
• Coordinate with clients opposing counsel court personnel witnesses experts court reporters and vendors.
• Conduct factual investigations document analysis and legal research.
• Review organize and summarize legal medical employment and other case-related records.
• Maintain case files organize litigation materials and manage deadlines.
• Work with ESI vendors to support electronic discovery and document production.

Qualifications

• 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong experience supporting civil litigation matters.
• Experience drafting litigation documents and managing discovery.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and document review platforms.
• Excellent research proofreading writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative team-first mindset.
