We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our accomplished team at the Law Offices of Chip Forstall. What youll do:

• Case Management: Manage litigation case files following the pre-litigation handoff ensuring all files remain organized current and prepared for each stage of the litigation process.
• Calendar Coordination: Manage litigation timelines by scheduling hearings deadlines and appointments minimizing the risk of oversight.
• Document Preparation: Draft legal documents correspondence and memos for attorney review maintaining accuracy and compliance with court standards.
• Court Filings: File court documents promptly and accurately ensuring adherence to all local jurisdiction protocols.
• Team Support: Collaborate with attorneys and the litigation team to streamline processes enhance efficiency and ensure a balanced workload.
• Workflow Organization: Assist in organizing and managing the litigation attorneys workflow keeping actions aligned with case priorities and deadlines.
• Problem Anticipation: Identify potential issues before they arise proactively suggesting solutions to maintain momentum and avoid delays.

• Litigation Experience: 27 years of experience in litigation paralegal roles with a preference for experience in personal injury or familiarity with Louisiana courts.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization and detail orientation to manage case files timelines and documentation effectively.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable learning proprietary legal software and using legal technology such as case management systems Supio Case Status and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
