Litigation Paralegal (Everlaw)

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Sacramento. This position requires a highly skilled professional with substantial litigation experience advanced proficiency in Everlaw and the ability to manage complex discovery and trial preparation under urgent timelines.

• Pay range: $40$43/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Case database management including document imports/exports productions analytics email threading and document review.
• Deposition preparation through organizing exhibits and compiling deponent-specific materials.
• Everlaw workflow oversight to manage document progress throughout litigation.
• Trial preparation including exhibit organization file management and trial logistics coordination.
• Discovery management includes review analysis summarization responses and subpoena drafting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Advanced Everlaw proficiency is mandatory.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred; bachelors degree with recent attorney declaration accepted.
• Demonstrated trial discovery experience including exhibit/witness preparation and courtroom support.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
