Job Summary
An outstanding full-time position has become available for an Associate Attorney position in the Beverly Hills CA area for an individual with 2-4 years experience in Litigation and Lemon-Law cases. This position offers a relocation assistance a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits Life insurance a 401K w/ matching bonuses PTO and other outstanding perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 2 years of experience in Lemon Law Litigation is a MUST
- Knowledge of drafting legal documents including pleadingsmotions depositions and discovery request is a MUST
- Case experience with with defective airbags transmission failures body damage ineffective or failing seatbelts malfunctioning electronics and wiring is a PLUS
- Juris Doctor degree is a MUST
- Good standing with the California State Bar is a MUST
