About This Role
We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 2-7 years of defense litigation experience to join a close-knit 16-attorney firm thats been in business since 1985. What will you be doing
- Managing a full caseload of general defense litigation (primarily premises liability) from inception through resolution
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Representing clients in court appearances mediations and settlement conferences
- Collaborating directly with senior partners on trial prep legal strategy and client communication
- Drafting pleadings discovery motions and case strategy documents
