Qualifications:
- 35years of complex commercial litigation experience with excellent research and persuasive writing skills
- Case management experience; experience arguing motions taking or defending depositions and handling party and non-party discovery is a strong plus
- Energy litigation or energy regulatory experience
- J.D. required
- New York bar admission in good standing or in progress
