Pay: $145000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Location:Seattle WA. Hybrid opportunity with up to two remote workdays per week after successfully completing the initial 90-day onsite onboarding period.

Note:Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Washington and have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience.

Job Description

• Handle complex commercial litigation product liability environmental and insurance coverage matters.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs contracts correspondence and other legal documents.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Manage all phases of discovery including electronically stored information and large document productions.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide courtroom support.
• Conduct legal due diligence involving contracts agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
• Participate in depositions court hearings and motions practice.
• Communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal support staff.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Bar license.
• 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings motions and discovery.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage matters independently.
• 4 years of litigation experience is preferred.

• 5 to 7 years: $155000 to $165000
