Job Description

• Manage general litigation and product liability matters independently from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings motions discovery demands and all related litigation filings with precision and strategic intent
• Conduct depositions handle court appearances and lead motion practice with confidence
• Prepare for and attend mediations alternative dispute resolution proceedings and trial
• Perform in-depth legal research and deliver clear actionable strategic advice to clients
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses to strengthen case strategy
• Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining strong client relationships
• Partner with senior attorneys and legal support staff across the firms geographic footprint
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with all court and procedural requirements

Qualifications

• Active admission to practice law in the State of New York (required)
• 3 years of experience in general litigation and/or product liability
• Exceptional legal writing research and analytical skills
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a team
• Admission in New Jersey Connecticut and/or Pennsylvania is a plus
• Federal Court experience is a plus
