This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial disputes complex litigation and high-stakes matters while working alongside experienced litigators representing major corporate clients.

• 3 years of litigation experience preferably involving complex commercial or business disputes.

• Experience handling discovery depositions motion practice and trial preparation.

• Strong legal research drafting analytical and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience in federal and state court litigation.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate with attorneys and clients.

• A proactive team-oriented approach to client service.
