Role Title: Bilingual Japanese Psychiatrist

Location: Remote

We are engaging Bilingual Japanese Psychiatrists to support an AI training project. Youll apply your psychiatric expertise to evaluate case studies assess AI-generated content and provide culturally and clinically accurate feedback. AI experience is not required.

• Develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies for AI training.
• Review psychological and psychiatric assessments for accuracy.
• Create clear documentation and analyses in Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams.
• Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing sensitive content.
• Support bilingual communication of psychiatric concepts.
• Provide expert feedback on AI evaluation methods.

• Medical degree (MD MBBS or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in psychiatric assessment treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ethical decision-making skills.
• Experience developing case studies or educational materials.
• Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with interdisciplinary research or digital health projects is a plus.
