About Us:
Paradiso Club is a premier dining destination renowned for its exquisite cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests and are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet our quality standards.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the Executive Chef.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen including proper food storage.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Work with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Handle and manage food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Skills Needed:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
