• Previous line cook/grill experience required.
• Knowledge of meat doneness levels corresponding internal temperatures and safe thermometer use.
• Ability to handle high order volumes while maintaining accuracy quality and speed.
• Ability to learn recipes quickly and follow instructions consistently.
• Strong food safety practices personal hygiene and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude dependability and clear teamwork and communication.
• Valid food-handler certificate preferred; otherwise complete a Texas-recognized accredited course within 30 days of employment.
