Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. As a Line Cook you will

Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift: 2:00pm- 9:30pm pm or 3:00 pm- 11:30 am

• Prepares food items following standard recipes and menu plans to ensure quality and consistency.

• Handles food prep tasks including washing cutting and cooking ingredients.

• Tests food for proper preparation using tasting smelling and visual inspection.

• Maintains high standards of cleanliness safety and sanitation per health regulations.

• Coordinates with dining room staff and communicates orders effectively.

• Completes prep sheets side duties and follows opening/closing procedures.

• Operates kitchen equipment safely and maintains assigned areas.

• Participates in scheduled training programs.

• Follows SOP guidelines and maintains strict confidentiality at all times.

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Line Cook preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have basic reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of food items to standard in a high-volume fast-paced operation.
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the application of sanitation procedures.
