Job Summary
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Rosatis recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before each shift
- Execute food prep tasks including chopping slicing portioning and assembling ingredients
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
- Monitor food quality freshness and proper storage to minimize waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth efficient service during peak hours
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health regulations
- Previous experience as a line cook prep cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and proper food handling procedures
- Reliable punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Food handler certification is a plus
