Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

• Passion & Drive:You care about the food you put on the plate whether its a 300-person wedding or an intimate dinner for two.
• Experience:Previous experience on a hot line preferably in fine dining banquets or a high-volume scratch kitchen. (Culinary degree is a plus but hustle and knife skills matter more).
• Adaptability:You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited by the prospect of learning new cuisinesfrom fine dining to authentic BBQ.
