Line Cook Flexible AM and PM Shift 19.50-21.50

Sofitel Philadelphia is seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join the team at the newly repositioned Liberté Restobar. This is a unique opportunity to work under the leadership of Executive Chef Sylva Senat a James Beard Award nominee and Top Chef finalist helping deliver elevated French-inspired cuisine in a luxury hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality consistency and proper portion control during service.
• Follow food safety sanitation
• Assist with daily prep station setup inventory and kitchen organization.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
• Strong cooking fundamentals knife skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
• A positive can-do attitude and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced exciting environment while working alongside a diverse group of colleagues.
