We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fastâpaced hospitality-focused property organization. - Preparessufficient quantities offoodproductin accordancetoproduction plan or forecast needs.
- Utilizes whole foodproductseliminatingany waste.
- Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
- Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns food overages or shortagesin a timely manner.
- Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
- Ensures proper storage of food items wraps dates and rotates food items.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties asrequired.
- Available to work five days a week: Thursday - Monday
- Frequently stands uses hands talks hears tastes and smells.
- Regularly walks and reaches with hands and arms.
- Occasionallysitsclimbs balances stoops kneels crouches or crawls.
- Regularlylifts upto 50 pounds and occasionallylifts upto 100 pounds.
- Regularly worksin extreme heat (non-weather) and near moving mechanical parts.
- Occasionallyworks in extreme cold (non-weather) wet or humid conditions (non-weather) near toxic or caustic chemicalsand inoutdoor weather.
- Noiselevel is moderate.
