Lifeguard Swim Instructor

• Competitive pay: $15/hour as a Swim Instructor and $17/hour as a certified Lifeguard

• Teach engaging swim lessons to children ages 4 months to 12 years old
  
  
• Help swimmers build water safety skills confidence and a love of swimming
  
  
• Provide active lifeguard supervision and help maintain a safe pool environment once certified
  
  
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  
  
• Communicate positively and professionally with parents and families
  
  
• Contribute to a welcoming supportive and fun environment for our members
  
  

• Must be at least 16 years old in accordance with applicable lifeguard certification requirements
  
  
• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
  
  
• Able to swim 50 meters forward without swimming on your back. Untimed.
  
  
• Reliable responsible and eager to learn
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  
  
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain lifeguard certification
  
  
• Must successfully complete any required background checks before training
