Lifecycle Service Co-Op

• Identify opportunities to use machine learning or AI to reduce repetitive manual tasks into digital tools
• Collaborate with pricing and parts teams to streamline and automate key processes
• Use data AI/ML and analytics to uncover insights and improve data quality
• Develop tools to estimate service and parts opportunities across regions and industries
• Analyze complex datasets to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Take ownership of projectsfrom idea to launchincluding user feedback testing and improvements
• Collect feedback and data analysis on current tools and problems faced by our teams and develop a project management strategy for prioritizing future work.
• Create test plans and automate them to ensure high quality releases.
• Document development work and provide roadmap for future initiatives.
• Key focus area include: Leadtime support annual price increase automation Shutdown Turnaround and Outage (STO) maintenance events tools

• You balance planning with actions. You solicit both input and discussion. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals

• Enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Engineering Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to contribute in a team environment

• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Junior or Senior Standing
• Java and Microsoft Windows programming skills
