Life Enrichment Associate -Kroontje Healthcare Center

The purpose of this position is to assist in developing and implementing activities on a regularly scheduled basis in compliance with requirements to meet residents needs. Responsible to perform duties as assigned by the Director of Life Enrichment to facilitate the programs in place.

Requirements:

• Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
• At least one year of experience in life enrichment.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.

Job duties include:

• Treat residents family visitors and coworkers with respect and dignity
• Plan and implement programs and events.
• Attend all in-services classes as assigned and complete assignments
• Document resident participation and incidents accurately and in a timely manner
• Observe all facility policies and procedures
• Accept assigned job duties in a cooperative manner

Rate:

• Starting at $16.00

Shifts/Hours/Schedules:

• Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5: weekends required.
