Love bringing energy creativity and fun to others Sunol Creek Memory Care an Agemark Senior Living community is looking for a Full-Time Activities Assistant to help create meaningful experiences engaging activities and memorable moments for our residents.

Schedule: SundayThursday Full-Time

What Youll Do

Assist with planning and leading engaging activities programs and special events.
Encourage resident participation and help create opportunities for connection and enjoyment.
Support community outings celebrations and other special activities.
Build positive relationships with residents and fellow team members.
Help prepare and maintain activity spaces supplies and equipment.
Drive the communitys small bus to safely transport residents for outings appointments and activities.
Help create an active welcoming environment where residents can have fun and stay connected.

What Were Looking For

Valid California Class C Drivers License required.
Safe driving record and ability to confidently operate the communitys small bus.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Experience in senior living memory care activities or a related setting is helpful but not required.
Creative energetic patient and comfortable engaging with older adults.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable and able to work a SundayThursday full-time schedule.
