Life Enrichment Assistant Director

Trinity Landing Wilmington NC Full-Time

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional nontraditional hours for special events and outings

Trinity Landing is seeking an energetic compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant Director to help create meaningful experiences that promote connection choice and quality of life for our residents. This full-time role supports the planning coordination and delivery of engaging individual and group programs special events and community outings.

• Plan and conduct assigned one-on-one and group life-enrichment activities.

• Assist residents with transportation to activities and special outings.

• Help keep activity communications and bulletin boards current.

• Respect resident confidentiality rights preferences and the choice not to participate.

• Support the Life Enrichment Director with assigned duties required training and special events.

• Communicate effectively with residents families and team members.

What youll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office audiovisual equipment and van equipment as applicable.

• Ability to assist with resident transfers and transportation and to lift or carry up to 35 pounds; bending stooping and reaching may be required.
