About us:

Southdale Pet Hospital has served Edina since 1965 with a team of experienced veterinarians thats always ready to help when your pet needs us most. We are currently searching for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician

  • Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Veterinary Technician Certification required or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with exams treatments and surgical procedures.

  • Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.

  • Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.

  • Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean organized work environment.

Compensation $18-$26/hr depending on experience
