With a client-centered and evidence-based approach our team includes licensed psychologists therapists dietitians and provider support specialists who work together to deliver holistic results-driven care.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team at our Planolocation. This is a full-time in-person role designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and personal well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services including assessments individual and group therapy and consultation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Serve a diverse client population including children adolescents adults couples and families.

• Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic.

• Engage and motivate clients including those who may be hesitant about therapy.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required).

• Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.

• Skills: Strong communication cultural competency and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Annual based salary with monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility
