Job Summary
Pay Range: $35/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am -2:30 pm 30 hrs
This role requires assignment to a primary program and the ability to provide coverage across the designated program region/cluster.

What Youll Do:
Empower individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives by providing compassionate hands-on support in a day program setting.
- Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served.
- Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
- Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
- Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws including paperwork and inspections.
What You Bring:
- Required:Active LPN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Preferred: Active RN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Experience:Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills:Clear communication basic computer use and teamwork.
- Language:Must be fluent in English Multilingual a bonus!
