Location: Utica New York
Pay Rate: $35/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-Hour Evening Shift 2:30 PM 10:30 PM
Experience: 1 year required
About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care assignment in Utica New York. This evening-shift role is a great fit for an experienced LPN who is comfortable supporting residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care environment

Support residents with MS orthopedic needs dementia and memory care

Administer medications and treatments as assigned

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team

Float to all units within the same building as needed

Work every other weekend as required
Requirements
-
Active New York LPN license
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience

Long-term care experience preferred

Must be comfortable with PointClickCare EMR

Local and travel candidates accepted
