Location: Cherokee Nation Region Oklahoma
Pay Rate: $30 to $35/hr
Contract: Contract
Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a contract opportunity in the Cherokee Nation Region. This role supports outpatient clinical care and requires strong hands-on nursing skills patient documentation medication reconciliation and experience assisting with procedures and patient follow-up.
Responsibilities
Take vital signs document patient histories and support clinical assessments
Administer IM and SubQ injections according to provider orders
Perform EKGs diabetic foot exams medication reconciliation and patient follow-ups
Assist with Well Woman Exams birth control devices and applying splints
Document care accurately and communicate test results to patients as directed
Requirements
Active Oklahoma LPN License Or Compact LPN License Required
Minimum 3 years of LPN experience required
BLS ACLS And PALS Certifications Required
Cerner experience highly preferred
Supervisory references and skills checklist must be from within the last year
